1. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure that all our clients are satisfied with our services. The following refund guidelines apply:

• Event Services:
  • Deposits for event services are typically non-refundable unless Encore Creations Pvt Ltd is unable to deliver the services due to circumstances under our control.
  • Refund requests must be made in writing. The decision for any refund, partial or full, will be evaluated based on the progress of the event planning and any costs incurred that are non-recoverable.
• Non-Event Services:
  • Refunds for other services, such as consultations or planning materials, will be evaluated individually and are subject to our discretion.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Client-Initiated Cancellations:
  • Clients who wish to cancel an event must provide written notice as soon as possible.
  • Cancellation fees may apply, especially if non-refundable deposits or costs have already been incurred.
  • The exact terms for cancellation will be defined in the specific event contract, taking into account the nature and timing of the event.
• Encore Creations Pvt Ltd Cancellations:
  • In cases where we need to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule, depending on the situation.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Requests to reschedule an event should be made in writing. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges depending on service provider availability and any logistical adjustments required.

4. No Show Policy

If the client or their representative does not appear at the event venue as scheduled, Encore Creations Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel the event without offering a refund.

5. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), Encore Creations Pvt Ltd may be unable to deliver services as originally agreed. In such cases, we will collaborate with clients to either reschedule the event or issue refunds for any services that could not be rendered, excluding costs that are non-recoverable.
